    Needs more bands, maybe a 12 and 22 kg. This way u can move up gradually instead of jumping from 20 to 40. Otherwise product is great. Well made thought it would be cheap and I would have to return. But it is one of my best buys for doing squats. I don’t have room for squat rack and free weights. Very satisfied, just have to see if I can find more bands for it.
