Love this. Whatever you do don’t buy the $90 assembly assistance. Waste of money!! It only took me 10 minutes to put this together. There are a total of 4 pieces to attach and that is it.

I bought this from reading the other reviews and I’m glad that I did. There are more expensive versions of this type of machine, but this gets the job done. I was a little intimidated by all the pieces that came with it to put it together because I’m not that mechanically inclined, but I had my neighbor help me, And together it only took us about 20 minutes to put together. I love this. I received it in about two days.

Love this piece of equipment…Not only does it work your glutes but also your calves, shoulders, arms and core… I got rid of my treadmill because it was too big and bulky. Purchased this and use it every day. I feel the burn, as well as an elevated heart rate after every set. Easy assembly too. Worth every penny.
