Choosing equipment for a home gym
Most home setups start with one machine and grow from there. The question worth answering first is not which machine is best, it is how much floor you can give up permanently, because a treadmill that has to be moved before every use tends to get used less.
Cardio machines take the most space and the most power. Strength kit takes less room but wants a solid floor and somewhere to store weights. Accessories, mats, bands, balance trainers and the like, take almost none and are the cheapest way to widen what you can do with what you already own.
Everything here is a stock item, so if you order the wrong thing you have 14 days to change your mind under the Consumer Rights Act 2022. Delivery is free over €75 and express delivery is €25.
